Scarborough Ontario Canada forms the eastern part of the city of Toronto, Canada. It was named for it's resemblance to the white cliffs in England. Due to the fact that this area is part of Toronto, there are numerous pieces of real estate available in this part of town. Scarborough also has a large amount of golf courses that are enjoyed by residents and visitors to the area. There is also the Nike Malvern Sports Complex in town, which is a big attraction featuring basketball, soccer, and a running track. This has provided residents with a beautiful place to exercise and play close to home. There are two main water sources that run through Scarborough Ontario Canada which are Highland Creek and the Rough River. Both of these flow into Lake Ontario which borders Scarborough. The Scarborough Bluffs reach heights of more than 200 feet in places. This offers stunning views of the lake to visitors to the area and is considered to be a great tourist attraction as well as a beautiful place for residents to venture out to. The Bluffs offer some breathtaking views and a natural beauty not found in most cities. The Rough River Valley is a wooded area that has been untouched by development. This is the home to a great deal of wildlife including deer, coyotes, and foxes. For anyone who enjoys hiking and nature, this is a wonderful way to get away from it all without even leaving the city.
